Hi, I'm Sam Rostami, an AI Product Manager and Digital Delivery Lead based in the UK. With 8+ years of experience across product, technology and operations, I specialise in taking complex ideas and turning them into real, funded, shipped products.

I've led two Innovate UK-funded AI platforms end-to-end — from research scoping to MVP launch — managing distributed cross-functional teams across the UK and South East Asia. I bridge the gap between technical teams and strategic stakeholders, keeping delivery grounded in user needs and business outcomes.

Whether it's a funded SaaS product, an AI-powered mobile app, or a new platform concept, I bring clarity, structure and momentum to every project. Currently open to AI Product Manager, Digital Delivery Manager, and AI Solutions Consultant roles in the UK.

    Led end-to-end product lifecycle for two Innovate UK-funded platforms: RaiDOT (AI governance & compliance SaaS) and AIquaBoost (AI-powered aquaculture app and IoT ecosystem), delivering both MVPs within grant milestones. Managed a distributed team of 5–7 across the UK and South East Asia with no formal management layer, coordinating delivery, resolving blockers, and maintaining momentum across time zones.

    Apr 2018-Jun 2023 | Tehran, Iran

    Built and scaled an e-commerce business from zero using WordPress/WooCommerce, defining product roadmap, managing development, and coordinating a team of 7 across ops, marketing, and support. Ran A/B tests on pricing, product bundles, and checkout flows to optimise conversion and retention.
