BIOGRAPHY

Hi, I'm Sam Rostami, an AI Product Manager based in the UK. With 8+ years delivering AI-led digital products from discovery to production, I specialise in taking complex ideas and turning them into real, funded, shipped products.

I've led the end-to-end product lifecycle across three concurrent Innovate UK-funded AI platforms, spanning LLM integration, computer vision and IoT, working directly with engineers, data scientists, academic researchers and commercial stakeholders, and running cross-functional squads across the UK and South Asia. I'm comfortable at the level of system architecture and API design, not just requirements hand-off.

Outside work I build and ship my own tools: an AI career platform, a football simulation engine, a startup card game and two published Chrome extensions. Currently open to AI Product Manager, Senior Product Manager and Digital Delivery roles in the UK.

    • Personally rebuilt the AIquaBoost Flutter/Firebase mobile app in 8 weeks after the outsourced engineering team collapsed, integrating LLM-based recommendations, IoT sensor data, and a computer vision model; delivered on schedule against a fixed Innovate UK milestone.
    • Contributed to 10+ Innovate UK funding applications, 2 awarded totalling £190,000+, all scoring 70%+ (majority 80%+); delivered a CADENCE demo that produced a £42K commercial proposal with a Tier-1 automotive manufacturer.
