All 16 real matches are replayable with your own lineups, formations and instructions on a possession-level engine: team strength fitted on 4,000+ real internationals, every kick-off replayed 1,000 times in a background worker, and a live 3D pitch. A full “how it works” page shows every formula and constant.
A quick card game about building a startup. Twelve months, five stats, up to three moves a month; events force a decision, combos reward focus, and your user count decides the ending. Balanced with a headless simulator that plays thousands of runs, and smoke-tested end-to-end with Playwright.

Agentic AI for automotive manufacturing: six coordinated agents that automate PPAP approval for Tier-1 suppliers. Upload an engineering drawing and the system extracts tolerances with AI vision, checks them against real machine capability, validates supplier readiness and generates audit-ready PPAP documentation, catching capability failures before tooling costs are locked in. I defined the product and architecture, prototyped it stage by stage for the dev team, and designed the three-layer explanations, tamper-evident audit trail and hard human approval gate so nothing is submitted without a qualified engineer signing off.
AI governance and compliance platform for UK SMEs. After 10+ discovery interviews showed customers lacked the AI maturity to complete a governance assessment, I pivoted the entry point to a learning product: 5 Responsible AI modules, an adaptive AI assistant and a CMS the internal team runs themselves, now at 250+ users across 20 SMEs. Also built the LLM evaluation pipeline, where a judge model scores generated risk and fairness reports against 10 expert-approved reference scenarios before release.
AI-powered aquaculture management app built with Flutter, part of a £140k funded project. Cut the computer vision scope from full egg grading to egg counting after interviews with hatchery operators showed water quality monitoring mattered more and training data was too thin to cover every species. Rebuilt the app solo in 8 weeks when the engineering team collapsed, shipping a species-specific RAG layer grounding LLM recommendations, live IoT sensor data and English and Arabic localisation on a fixed Innovate UK milestone.
E-commerce gift business co-founded and scaled from zero. Grew to 61,000+ Instagram followers and 10,000+ monthly site visitors through data-driven content and SEO strategy. Redesigned checkout and product customisation into a fully automated journey, lifting conversion by ~15% and repeat purchase by ~25%, automated ~80% of routine customer communications, and built a team of 6, growing to 8 at peak, across operations, marketing and customer support.
